MULTNOMAH COUNTY, OREGON PRESCHOOL FOR ALL PROVIDERS Proposals due: September 28, 2023 @ 4:00 PM REQUEST FOR PROGRAMMATIC QUALIFICATIONS Request for Programmatic Qualifications (RFPQ) Sourcing Event No: RFPQ-3-2024 Sourcing Event Name: Preschool For All Providers Proposals due by 4:00 P.M. on: September 28, 2023 Pre-Proposal Conference: August 2, 2023 at 10:00AM PT & August 8, 2023 at 5:00PM PT Preschool For All Providers SUMMARY: The Preschool & Early Learning Division of Multnomah County’s Department of County Human Services, as the administrator of this new program, will be selecting preschool programs through this Request for Programmatic Qualifications (RFPQ) procurement process. Preschool programs will receive contracts for the Preschool for All slots and will help Multnomah County refine program details for this new initiative. Suppliers who qualified through RFPQ-37-2022 or RFPQ-2-2023 do NOT need to reapply. This is for new suppliers only. RFPQ AVAILABILITY: To access the RFPQ, visit https://multco.us/purchasing/bids-proposal-opportunities then scroll down for new business opportunities. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Multco Marketplace Supplier Network. Suppliers will need to register at this portal in order to submit a response. Proposals are accepted until, but not after, 4:00PM on the close date of the Sourcing Event. Multnomah County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if not in compliance with the Request for Programmatic Qualifications (RFPQ) procedures and requirements and to reject any or all proposals or to cancel the Sourcing Event if Multnomah County finds it is in the public interest to do so.
