Public Notice Pursuant to Section 50.45.7 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following is being provided: THE MERLE DAVIES BUILDING is a historic building in the City of Beaverton which is proposed for demolition by the Beaverton School District. The demolition is being proposed to accommodate the redevelopment of the Beaverton High School site with a new high school structure as approved by the District’s 2022 Capital Bond Program. Beaverton Development Code Section 50.45.7.A. requires the Beaverton School District to provide notice that the Merle Davies Building is available for purchase and removal from the site. Notice is hereby provided that the Beaverton School District will consider all bona fide offers for the acquisition and removal of the building. The building must be removed from the site by no later than June 1, 2024. Offers will be accepted until August 23, 2023. All inquiries shall be submitted to Steven A.
