The Department of Child Safety, (DCS or the Department), by and through undersigned counsel, has filed a Petition for Termination of Parent-Child Relationship under Title 8, of the Arizona Revised Statutes and Rule 351 of the Rules of Procedure for the Juvenile Court. 2.
