The object of the Amended Complaint and the demand for relief are: The Plaintiff seeks to foreclose its trust deed on the subject real property described in the Amended Complaint as described below in the amount of $55,535.38 plus interest, late charges, costs, advances, and attorney’s fees, and to cause the subject property to be sold by the Sheriff of Multnomah County, foreclosing the interests of all defendants in the real property with the proceeds applied to satisfy Plaintiff’s lien. The real property is described as follows: A tract of land in the Section 34 Township 1 North Range 4 East, Willamette Meridian, in the County of Multnomah and State of Oregon more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Section 34, Township 1 North, Range 4 East of the Willamette Meridian; thence South 2deg.31′ East 496.16 feet along the East line of said Section 34 to the North line of the Columbia River Highway; thence South 60deg.11’35 West 1274.17 feet along the Northerly line of said highway to an iron pipe; thence North 0deg.03’30 West 115.00 feet to an iron pipe at the true point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence continuing North 0deg.03’30 West 124.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 68deg.21’30 East 170.40 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 0deg.20′ West 33.43 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 68deg.11’30 West 55.56 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 0deg.16’30 East 56.05 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 21deg.55’30 East 33.30 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 68deg.33′ West 128.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
