NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A special meeting of the City of Gervais City Council will be held on June 26th at 5:15 PM at 592 4th St. Gervais, Oregon. The purpose of this meeting is 1) hold a public hearing and discuss the annual budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024 as approved by the City of Gervais Budget Committee, and 2) hold a public hearing regarding State Shared Revenues. A summary of the approved budget is presented below. A copy of the budget may be inspected or obtained at www:cityofgervais.com or at 592 4th St, Gervais, Oregon between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. This budget is for an annual budget period and was prepared on a basis of accounting that is the same as the preceding year. This meeting will be a hybrid meeting, with the option to attend in person at City Hall or via Teams link. This is a special meeting of the Council, there will be no Public Comment Section.
