HEARING NOTICE

The Newberg City Council will hold a public hearing on November 4, 2024, at 6 p.m. at the Newberg Public Safety Building, 401 E Third Street, Newberg, OR and via teleconference using Zoom to evaluate the following new proposals:

  1. Annexation (Quasi-Judicial): Consider an application for an Annexation, Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment, and Zoning Map Amendment of 19.16 acres at 3809 NE Springbrook Road.

Agenda Item: An Ordinance annexing property into the City of Newberg, amending the Comprehensive Plan Map, and amending the Zoning Map for a property located at 3809 NE Springbrook Road (File No. ANX24-0001/CPMA24-0001/ZMA24-0001)

The City Council asks that written testimony be submitted to the City Recorder before 12:00 p.m. on the preceding Friday to the hearing. Written testimony submitted after that will not be accepted online but can be brought before the Council on the night of the meeting.
