PUBLIC NOTICE
ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT

Beaverton Urban Redevelopment Agency (BURA) filed the annual financial report required by ORS 457.460 with the Beaverton Mayor and City Council on January 28, 2016. The report states that the amount of property tax increment divided to the agency was $770,852 in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015. Expenditures, in the amount of $21,548 were for professional services. The report also notes the financial impact of the urban renewal plan on tax collections as affected taxing districts shared portions of property taxes with the urban renewal agency. The largest amount was $281,070 from the Beaverton School District. The report is available to all interested persons at the City of Beaverton Finance Department, 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, Oregon.
