INVITATION TO BID
WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS CONTRACT
This is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) to provide water treatment chemicals in bulk quantities to the Joint Water Commission (JWC) and City of Hillsboro (City) and Authorized Purchasers, for a period of two years with the option to renew for up to two additional years at the discretion of the JWC and City. The chemical included in this bid are Aluminum Sulfate (Liquid Alum).
The winning bidder(s) must provide delivery services for each chemical awarded under the contract in strict accordance with the schedule and safety guidelines specified in this bid. Refer to Page 5, Instructions to Bidders, for the method of award.

Please register to download the documents for $10.00 (non-refundable). Sealed proposals will be received only at the office of Sophia Hobet, Water Department, 3rd Floor, City of Hillsboro, 150 East Main Street 5th Floor, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123, before 2:00 p.m. on March 1, 2016.
The JWC may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the JWC if it is in the public interest to do so.
The Joint Water Commission acting as the Contract Review Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the best interest of the Commission.
