Sale of Personal Property
For sale to the highest bidder, the following articles of personal property: Washer/Dryer, 1 refrigerator, 2 small refrigerators, lap top computers with unknown digital contents, couch, beds, dresser, nightstands, clothing, shoes, dining room table and chairs, household items, toys, day bed, purses, hats, scarfs, jewelry, tv’s, and other miscellaneous personal effects, all of which have been abandoned by Orie Made. Said items of personal property shall be sold as a single lot by private bidding by sealed bid and in “AS IS” condition (there is no warranty relating to title, possession, quiet enjoyment or the like). Bids shall be delivered to Sumner Estates 5200 NE 92nd Avenue #30, Portland, OR 97220 at or before midnight (the end of the day) on the 28th day of April, 2016 and must indicate the bid amount and contact information of the bidder. The minimum bid shall be $1.00, paid in cash or cashiers’ check or money order only by purchaser. Upon confirmation of the winning bid, purchaser must promptly take possession of all purchased personal property.
