NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Forest Grove, Washington County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016, to June 30, 2017, will be held at the Forest Grove Community Auditorium located at 1915 Main Street, Forest Grove. The meeting will take place on the 5th day of May, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected on or after April 28, 2016, on the City’s website at http://www.forestgrove-or.gov/city-hall/finance-department/finance-department.html, at the Forest Grove City Library located at 2114 Pacific Avenue, or obtained on or after April 28, 2016, from City Hall located at 1924 Council Street between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. Subsequent Budget Committee meeting is scheduled for May 12, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Auditorium.
