PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the following application is being reviewed
by the Yamhill County Department
of Planning and Development: DOCKET
WRG-03-16, a request by Peter and
Janet Stevens for approval to replace an
existing house on a parcel located in the
Willamette River Greenway. The parcel is
identified as Tax Lot 4201-2200, located
at 34290 NE Wilsonville Rd. This application
is being reviewed based on criteria in
Sections 502, 901 and 902 of the Yamhill
County Zoning Ordinance. Interested persons
may respond in writing by May 12,
2016, to comment on, or to request that
this application be considered at a public
hearing. Request for a hearing must state
the basis for requesting the hearing and
must be accompanied by a $250.00 fee.
