NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
Beaverton Urban Redevelopment Agency

A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Beaverton Urban Redevelopment Agency, Washington County, State of Oregon to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, will be held at The Beaverton Building, 12725 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, Oregon on Monday, May 31, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be in the City Council Chambers. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.

A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 20, 2016 at the Finance Department, 4th floor – The Beaverton Building between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday).

This is a public meeting where deliberations of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
