NOTICE OF CORPORATE DISSOLUTION
Silver Lining Bridal Boutique, LLC filed articles of dissolution with the Oregon Secretary of State on April 27, 2016. Creditors are hereby put on notice of the following pursuant to ORS 63.644: (a) If you intend to make a claim against the dissolved limited liability company please provide detailed invoice for products or services provided to the same with dates of service or delivery and authority under which such services where provided, if any. (b) Mail any such claim to: Joseph Q. Kaufman, 405 W. Arlington St., Gladstone, OR 97027. A claim against the dissolved limited liability company is barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within five years after the date of publication of the notice. A claim does not include a contingent liability or a claim based on an event occurring after the effective date of dissolution.
