COFFEE CREEK URBAN RENEWAL PLAN

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given the City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 1, 2016 at 7 PM at City Hall, 29799 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville to consider adoption of an ordinance for the adoption of the proposed Coffee Creek Urban Renewal Plan.

The proposed maximum indebtedness for the Coffee Creek Urban Renewal Plan is $67,000,000. The ordinance, if approved, is subject to referendum. The adoption of the Plan may impact property tax rates for general obligation bonds approved by voters prior to October 6, 2001.
