KENDRICK REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, DATED MAY 20, 2005 as Grantor, to FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE COMPANY OF OREGON as Trustee, in favor of FIRST TECH CREDIT UNION as Beneficiary. No. — in Book 3108 Page 124 of Official Records in the office of the Recorder of MARION County; OREGON AND ADDENDUM TO NOTE(S) DATED 09/23/09 covering the following described real property situated in said county and state, to wit: LOT 5, BLOCK 1, MCCOY’S SECOND ADDITION TO SALEM, COUNTY OF MARION, AND STATE OFOREGON.
