Lincoln County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to refine the Master Plan for the Lincoln County Commons, Home of the Lincoln County Fair, and provide design services for a new main exhibit hall and ancillary facilities. The planning process includes a robust community involvement element, identification and inclusion of strategic partners, and a comprehensive business plan for maintenance and operation of the facilities. The County will review proposals and upon recommendation from a review committee and the Fair Board, the Board of Commissioners will make a final selection. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate a final contract with the selected proposers.
