PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The City of Madras will be holding a Public Hearing, as required by City of Madras Ordinance No. 933. Public Hearings have been scheduled before the City of Madras Planning Commission and City Council in order to receive testimony or comments on: – Text Amendment (TA-19-4), initiated by the City of Madras to list Apartments as a permitted use in the Planned Residential (R-3) Zone. STANDARDS AND APPLICABLE CRITERIA: These land use applications will be reviewed using the criteria for Conditional Use and Site Plan Approval in the following sections of the City of Madras Development Code Ordinance, No. 933: Section 15.1 – Purpose and Section 15.2 – Legislative Amendments. The City of Madras will be holding Legislative Public Hearings before the Madras Planning Commission and the City Council on the proposed R-3 Development Code text amendments. The basis for this land use decision are the provisions of Article 15 of the City of Madras Development Code Ordinance No. 933. The City of Madras file for this matter is: TA-19-4.
