Molalla Ave., Molalla. The meeting will take place on the 20th day of May, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Due to the health concerns of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Molalla main fire station is closed to the public and meetings are being held electronically. The meeting will be available for public access and comment by a phone conference connection and will be limited to three minutes per person. The access codes will be made available by May 18th, 2020 at 9:00am. Public comment will also be taken in written form and will be read during the public comment section of the meeting. Written comment should be received by May 19th, 2020 by mail or e-mailed to businessoffice@molallafire.org . Pursuant to ORS 294.396, a copy of the budget document may be inspected upon request by May 4th, 2020, 9:00am.
