NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Estacada School District, Estacada, Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 will be held virtually (by video conference) at 6:00 PM May 14, 2020. The agenda and materials for the meeting will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting and may be accessed at https://v3.boardbook.org/Public/PublicHome.aspx?ak=1001878 The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and the budget document and to receive comments from the public on the proposed budget. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 8, 2020 at the School District Central Office at 255 NE 6th Avenue, Estacada, Oregon between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may submit written public comment to be read at the budget meeting by sending an email to hogann@estacada.k12.or.us or by US mail addressed to Nick Hogan, Estacada School District Business Manager, 255 NE 6th Ave, Estacada, OR 97023.
