NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING on May 19, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Colton Water District to discuss the budget for fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 will be held by telephone conference since the district facilities are currently closed to the public and anticipated to be closed on the meeting date as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The meeting will take place on May 19, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place via telephone conference. Any interested person can call the office at (503) 824-2500 for a conference call number to listen to the meeting. The conference call number will be made available by May 18, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Any public comment during this meeting will be limited to the public comment section of the meeting. Public comment will also be taken in written form and will be read during the public comment section of the meeting. Written comment should be received by May 18, 2020 by mail to P.O. Box 171, Colton, OR 97017 or e-mailed to cwd@colton.com. A copy of the budget document may be inspected upon request on or after May 14, 2020. A brief meeting of the board will be held upon adjournment of the Budget Committee meeting.
