GASTON RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/GENERAL CONTRACTOR (CM/GC) Proposals due: June 17, 2020 @ 4:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Gaston Rural Fire Protection District will be releasing a Request for Proposal utilizing a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) process for the seismic retrofit of the existing Gaston Fire Station 11. All interested contractors are advised to attend a pre-proposal meeting scheduled for 11:00 AM on June 3, 2020 at Station 11 located at 102 E. Main Street, Gaston, OR 97119. This meeting will include a familiarization tour of the subject building. Construction costs for this project shall not exceed $2,015,605. Proposals are due June 17, 2020 at 4:00 PM. A copy of the Request for Proposal can be picked up on May 27, 2020 at ZCS Engineering & Architecture, 524 Main Street, Suite 2, Oregon City, OR 97045.
