PUBLIC NOTICE AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to modify an existing wireless telecommunications facility on an existing 125-foot water tank located at 1907 Northeast Prescott Street, Portland, Multnomah County, OR. The modifications will consist of the removal of existing small cell antennas, and associated equipment, and installation of new small cell antennas upon the existing mounts. The maximum height of the installation will be 128 feet.
