The parcels are located at 15155 NE North Valley Rd., Newberg. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Section 403.11(B.2) of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance and the Yamhill County Land Division Ordinance. DOCKET L-03-20, a request by Karl Miller for approval of a property line adjustment to transfer approximately .64 acres from Tax Lot 3321-0911 to Tax Lot 3328-0102. The parcels are located at 18000 NE Fairview Dr., Dundee. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Section 402.09(B.2) of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance and the Yamhill County Land Division Ordinance. Interested persons may appeal these decisions by 5 p.m., February 13, 2020. An appeal must state the basis for the appeal and must be accompanied by a $250.00 fee for each request.
