CITY OF MADRAS, OREGON REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AUDITING SERVICES The City of Madras is seeking proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to audit the financial statements of the City and the Urban Renewal Agency, two agencies that are issuing this request cooperatively. The contract for audit services will include a three-year term commencing with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020. Each consultant must submit proposals to the City by no later than March 18, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. Proposals must be clearly marked City of Madras – Municipal Auditor Services Proposal and directed to: City of Madras – Municipal Auditor Services Proposal c/o Kristal Hughes, Finance Director 125 SW E Street Madras, OR 97741 Substantive questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to Kristal Hughes, Finance Director, at the address above or at khughes@ci.madras.or.us, prior to March 6, 2020. Protests of this solicitation, if any, must be submitted in writing not later than ten days prior to the deadline for submitting proposals and shall be administered in accordance with the OAR 137-048-240.
