WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON ADAM’S CROSSING TENANT IMPROVEMENT Bids due: March 12, 2020 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID (NO. 2020.016B) Washington County is requesting sealed bids for Washington County Adam’s Crossing Tenant Improvement for the Washington County Support Services Department Facilities and Parks Services Division. This tenant improvement effort involves but is not limited to removal and disposal of high-density shelving and casework, removal and relocation of bottle filling station, demo and salvage doors, create new door opening, infill demolished wall portions, building new offices and reception area etc., as per construction documents.
