METRO OREGON CONVENTION CENTER VIP B SUITE AND PREFUNCTION A&C RESTROOMS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER GENERAL CONTRACTOR Proposals due: March 26, 2020 @ 2:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP 3800 Metro is requesting proposals for Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for VIP B Suite and Prefunction A&C Restroom Renovation at the Oregon Convention Center. Metro is seeking a contractor to perform renovations as below: — Prefunction A Men’s & Women’s Restrooms, All User Restroom and Lactation Facility – — Prefunction C Men’s & Women’s Restrooms, All User Restroom and Lactation Facility – — VIP Suite B – this space will be renovated enhance its functionality, upgrade the aesthetics, and improve HVAC and circulation Because this work will be performed while OCC is occupied and operational it is imperative to balance construction activities with the need to provide a suitable event environment. Sealed proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. March 26, 2020 in Metro’s business offices at 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232-2736, Attention: Julie Hoffman, Procurement Analyst, RFP 3800. A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at address on March 4, 2020 at 11:00 am starting the main MLK Lobby at 777 NE MLK Blvd, Portland OR 97232.
