NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING Virtual Meeting details: Toll Free Phone Number(s): 877-853-5257 or 888-475-4499 Meeting ID# 303 625 412 A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the City of Madras, Jefferson County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2020, will be held Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. and Thursday, April 23, 2020 at 5:30 pm. In response to the current health emergency resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, the District facilities are currently closed to the public and meetings are being held electronically. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message, review the proposed budget and to take questions and comments from the public regarding the budget. The meetings will be recorded and available via a link on the City’s website at no later than 5 business days following the meeting. Public comment will be taken in written and phone-in format. Written comments received by 5 pm on April 20, 2020 will be read during the public comment section of the meeting on April 21, 2020. Comments by phone will be taken on a scheduled basis during the public comment section of the meeting on April 21, 2020. Comments, both written and phone in, will be subject to a three-minute limit per community member.
