NORTH CLACKAMAS SCHOOL DISTRICT HAPPY VALLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL AND CLACKAMAS HIGH SCHOOL EAST MODULAR CLASSROOM INSTALLATION Bids due: May 21, 2020 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID #: ITB-009-2020 North Clackamas School District requests bids for the above referenced project. The General Contractor will coordinate with Modular Building Systems for a complete installation of (4) modular classroom buildings at Happy Valley Middle School and (2) modular classroom buildings at Clackamas High School East. General Contractor to be responsible for all site preparation and modifications including storm drainage, grading, irrigation, seeding, fencing and utilities. Modern Building Systems will be contracted separately to deliver and install pre-engineered modular buildings and associated decking. Contract Documents prepared by BORA Architects and their consultants. Bidders may obtain electronic copies of Bidding Documents at no charge from the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) website: http://orpin.oregon.gov/open.dll/welcome Engineering estimate for the total of this project is approximately $150,000. Protests, Technical Questions, Requests for Clarification or Changes of Specifications and/or Bidding Requirements, including Substitution Requests, must be received by the purchasing specialist in writing no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to bid closing date and time. Bidders shall comply with all BOLI and CCB requirements as adopted in Senate Bill 477 (effective January 1, 2006) including all filing, notification, and payment requirements; retainage for payment for labor, and the filing of a $30,000 public works bond with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. The Public Works Bond shall be obtained from a corporate surety authorized to do business in this state. Sealed bids shall be submitted by 2:00 PM Pacific Time, May 21, 2020 to Leif Palmer, Purchasing Specialist, North Clackamas School District, 12400 SE Freeman Way, Milwaukie, OR 97222. Bids received after this time and date will not be accepted. No faxed bids will be accepted. Electronic bids will be accepted if received by the deadline. First-tier subcontractor lists, if applicable, shall be submitted, preferably in a separate envelope, by 4:00 PM Pacific Time, on May 21, 2020.
