City of Milwaukie Sole Source Procurement Notice The City of Milwaukie Police Department anticipates awarding a sole source contract to Leads Online for technology services of an investigation database system. The database provides information on stolen property and pawn items, including those sought out by other public agencies, and also links to other platforms such as Offerup. The contract will be issued on or about May 7, 2020. The value will not exceed $100,000 over the life of the contract. Vendors contemplating the above requirements are required to submit capability statements detailing their ability to meet the city’s requirements by May 6, 2020 at 4pm PST. In the absence of other qualified sources, it is the city’s intent to make a sole source award of the contract.
