Legal Notice Second Notice of Budget Committee Meeting A public meeting of the South Clackamas Transit District Budget Committee will be held at 6:00pm on May 28, 2020 to discuss the budget for fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comments from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Due to health concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting will be held in a teleconference style format. Any interested person may call the meeting to discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. The conference call number to listen to the meeting will be available after May 25, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. by calling the District Office at (503) 829-7000. Public comment will be limited to the public comment section of the meeting. The District encourages public comment to be submitted in writing, which will be read during the public comment section of the meeting.
