Notice of Budget Committee Meeting- June 4, 2020 at 6:30 p.m.

NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING SANDY RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT NO. 72 The Sandy Rural Fire Protection District No. 72 Budget Committee Meeting will be held Thursday, June 4, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to consider the Budget for the 2020/2021 fiscal year. If a second meeting is necessary it will be held on Tuesday, June 11th at 6:30 pm. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, these meeting will be held by remote video conferencing. If you would like to attend online or by phone, contact n.howland@sandyfire.org for the link to the meeting. This is a public meeting where deliberations of the Budget Committee take place. If you cannot access the meeting online or by phone and wish to attend the meeting, contact Office Manager, Nannette Howland at 503- 668-8093 by June 1st, 2020. In order to follow social distancing guidelines, space maybe limited. If you have questions prior to the meeting you are encouraged to send them to the Office Manager at n.howland@sandyfire.org and they will be read during public comment of the meeting.
