HEARING NOTICE The Newberg Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 11, 2020 at 7 p.m. via teleconference using Zoom to evaluate the following new proposal: 1. Comprehensive Plan Map and Zoning Map Amendments (Quasi-Judicial): Consider an application for amending the Comprehensive Plan Map (CPM) and Zoning Map (ZM) designations for two properties. Property #1, Yamhill County Tax Lot R3218DB-02901, CPM designation would go from LDR (Low Density Residential) to MDR (Medium Density Residential) and ZM designation would go from R-1 (Low Density Residential) to R-2 (Medium Density Residential). Property #2, 717 N College Street, CPM designation would go from COM (Commercial) to MDR (Medium Density Residential) and ZM designation would go from C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial) to R-2 (Medium Density Residential).
