NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Pursuant to ORS 63.644, Sherwood Ice Arena, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company (the Company), announces that it is dissolved and that Articles of Dissolution of the Company have been filed with the Oregon Secretary of State, effective as of May 13, 2020. By this notice the Company requests that persons with claims against the Company present them in writing to the Company at the following address: Sherwood Ice Arena, LLC, c/o Remi A. Baptiste, Black Helterline LLP, 805 SW Broadway Suite 1900, Portland, Oregon 97205. All claims must be presented with supporting documentation evidencing the name and address of the claimant, amount of claim, and background information or documentation supporting the claim.
