NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING The Madras Aquatic Center Recreation District Budget Committee, Jefferson County, State of Oregon, for the fiscal year July 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021, is scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2020, @ 5:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. Due to the COVID-19 public meeting regulations, the public is invited to join the meeting via Zoom. Meeting details can be accessed on June 5, 2020, at https://macrecdistrict.com. Public comment will be taken in written format and/or Zoom Video/Phone-In participation, on a scheduled basis with requests to include your name, phone number and address.
