PUBLIC NOTICE ORDINANCE NO. 945 The City Council of the City of Madras, Oregon, will be considering approval of proposed Ordinance No. 945 during their regularly scheduled City Council meeting on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at approximately 5:30 p.m. in the Madras City Hall Council Chambers. ORDINANCE NO. 945 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MADRAS DEVELOPMENT CODE; AUTHORIZING TOWNHOMES IN THE SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-1), MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R-2), AND PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT (R-3) ZONES; ALLOWING FOR CREATION OF FLAG LOTS; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
