NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing on the proposed use of State Revenue funds for the 2020-2021 budget for the City of Madras, State of Oregon; for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 will be held at the Madras City Hall in Council Chambers. This hearing is the second of two hearings and will take place on June 9, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the proposed State Revenue use of funds in relation to the entire budget. A copy of the proposed 2020-2021 budget documents may be inspected or obtained on or after June 3, 2020 at Madras City Hall between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 virus, all public meetings will be held virtually. You can make public comments via teleconference during the meeting, or by providing a written response by 5 PM Monday, June 8, 2020 to ar@ci.madras.or.us.
