PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of State-Owned Land Sale On April 10, 2018 the State Land Board approved sale of 159 acres of State Trust Land located in Crook County at T15S R15E Sec. 14, Tax Lot 2300. On May 4, 2020 the Oregon Department of State Lands entered into a purchase and sale agreement to sell the property for $4.5 million. The proceeds from the sale will contribute to the Common School Fund for the benefit of K-12 schools.
