Public Notice Industrial Pretreatment Program Significant Noncompliance The City of Gresham Industrial Pretreatment Program serves to protect the City’s wastewater system, and thereby protect the environment and the health and safety of public utility workers and the community. Federal regulations (Chapter 40 Code of Federal Regulations, part 403.8(f)(2)(viii)) require the City to publish annually a public notification of industries that met the criteria for significant noncompliance (SNC). For the calendar Quarters July – December 2019 and October 2019 – March 2020, the following company met the federal criteria for SNC: Portland Specialty Baking 3423 NE 172nd Place, Portland, Oregon 97230 During the year, the company violated the following discharge standards: July – December 2019 – pH October 2019 – March 2020 – pH These violations had no negative impact on the Gresham treatment system or the environment.
