NOTICE Pursuant to ORS 65.439 and 65.434, the Friends of the Milwaukie Center, an Oregon nonprofit corporation, proposes to amend its Articles of Incorporation to change the organization from a public benefit with members to a public benefit without members by vote of the Board of Directors. This is a housekeeping measure and such change shall not affect the purpose, mission or operations of the organization.
