ORDINANCE NO. 946 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MADRAS, OREGON ACCEPTING THE SURRENDER OF JURISDICTION OF CERTAIN PORTIONS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY’S ROADS OVER N.W. GOLF COURSE ROAD FROM N.W. BIRCH LANE TO THE GOLF COURSE PARKING LOT AND N.W. ADLER STREET FROM N.W. BIRCH LANE TO MILL STREET.
