PUBLIC NOTICE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 23 2020 6:30 P.M. On June 23, 2020 at 6:30 p.m., The Prineville City Council will be conducting its regular Council meeting by telephonic communications due to its commitment to eliminate the exposure and spread of COVID-19 and in support of state and federal guidelines for social distancing. Pursuant to Administrative Order 03-16-20, Prineville City Hall will remain closed to the general public. Citizens are encouraged to attend the City Council Meeting by telephone by calling 346-248-7799 Meeting ID: 698 371 053 at the time of the meeting or by viewing the live stream on the city Facebook page. The public shall be allowed to listen to the Council meeting through utilization of this telephone line. Pursuant to ORS 192.670 (2), the City of Prineville is making available to the public a speakerphone to listen to the Council meeting, which can be utilized at 400 NE Third Street, Prineville, Oregon; however, citizens are strongly encouraged to utilize phone or Facebook rather than the public speakerphone location. Citizens may also submit public comment in writing, by mail at City of Prineville, ATTN: Lisa Morgan, 387 NE Third Street, Prineville, Oregon or by email at cityhall@cityofprineville.com.
