OREGON DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS TRCI EVAC CONTROL PANEL & ELECTRICAL UPGRADE INVITATION TO BID BIDDERS TAKE NOTE; Due to the COVID-19 precautions, there are changes to the pre-bid meeting process – please examine this summary carefully and the instructions on the ITB. The Oregon Department of Corrections is seeking bids for the TRCI EVAC CONTROL PANEL & ELECTRICAL UPGRADE project. The Invitation to Bid document, specifications and drawings are available from ORPIN as download documents – Bidders are encouraged to bring all documents to the pre-bid meeting as they will not be provided. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting Skype meeting will be conducted at on 7/7/2020 at 9:00 AM PT sharp. Bidders are required to attend the skype meeting in its entirety. The mandatory pre-bid site walk will be at TRCI, 82911 BEACH ACCESS ROAD, UMATILLA, OR 97882 at 10:00 AM sharp on 7/8//2020. Bidders are required to submit the LEDS by no later than 9:00 AM on 7/6/2020. No blue denim, camouflage, tight fitting or low midriff clothing is permitted. Late arrivals will not be allowed to attend. All bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit in its entirety.
