The selected Contractor will perform preconstruction and construction services to construct the commercial organics processing facility at Metro Central Transfer Station. Pre-Proposal Conference A voluntary pre-proposal conference will be held at Metro Central Transfer Station located at 6161 NW 61st Ave, Portland, Oregon 97210 on July 9, 2020 at 5:00 pm.
