CITY OF TROUTDALE RESERVOIR #2 ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Bids due: July 21, 2020 @ 2:00 pm INVITATION TO BID NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Sealed bids for construction of the Reservoir #2 Access Improvements Project, addressed to the City of Troutdale, 219 E. Historic Columbia River Highway, Troutdale, OR 97060-2099, telephone: (503) 665-5175, will be received by the City Recorder, Sarah Skroch, until 2:00 p.m. local time on the twenty first day of July, 2020. Any bids received after the specified time will not be considered. Zoom Meeting can be accessed using the web address and meeting ID below: WORK TO BE DONE: The work to be done consists of reconstruction of approximately 19,235 SF of HMAC, aggregate base, reconstruction of existing driveway approach, abandonment of existing catch basin, and new construction of stormwater quality facility to capture and treat all associated runoff within the confines of the City of Troutdale’s access easement. All work must be completed within 45 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The project is located at 24457 – 24463 SE Stark St. PREVAILING WAGE: This is a contract for a public work subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
