CITY OF WOOD VILLAGE PAVEMENT PRESERVATION PROJECT-ASH AVE & BIRCH AVE A/C PATCHING, CRACK SEALING, & SLURRY SEAL Proposals due: July 16, 2020 @ 2:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/BIDS The City of Wood Village, Oregon will be accepting bids until 2 pm Thursday, July 16, 2020, for the above-named project from qualified contractors licensed in the State of Oregon. The bid award will be based on an itemized lump sum price. Project Description: Construction shall include approximately 150 square yards of asphalt dig-out patching, 5400 lineal feet of crack sealing, and 5400 square yards of Type II slurry seal applications. Additional work will include all sweeping/cleaning, and curb line weed removal, and traffic control measures necessary for the completion of the project. Contractor must provide project schedules and an approved traffic control plan before the commencement of work.
