Public Notice Request for Qualifications Yamhill Community Action Partnership, CCB# 50960, is now accepting applications to establish qualified Contractors for Electrical inspections/readiness repairs, HVAC inspections/replacements and plumbing repairs to income-eligible homes in Yamhill County. Applicants must be bonded, registered with the Construction Contractors Board, Certified Lead Based Paint Renovator (LBPR), along with required insurance coverage and preferred training/certifications. Contractor must also adhere to all ORS statutes pertaining to employer/employee relations. Small businesses, minority-owned firms, women business enterprises and labor surplus firms are encouraged to respond.
