Public Notice Request for Qualifications The Yamhill Community Action Partnership, CCB50960, is now accepting applications to establish qualified vendors for the installation of new refrigerators to income-eligible homes in Yamhill County. Applicants must carry general liability, vehicle insurance and meet program insurance requirements. They must also adhere to all ORS statutes pertaining to employer/employee relations and comply with Equal Opportunity Employer requirements. Follow established recycling standards set forth by EPA and USDOE. Qualified vendors will be required to complete the required bid packet and agree to contractual terms. Small businesses, minority-owned firms, women business enterprises and labor surplus firms are encouraged to respond.
