NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED 10-UNIT APARTMENT BUILDING FILE NUMBER 311-20-000108-PLNG NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Forest Grove Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 20, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. or thereafter, in the Community Auditorium, 1915 Main Street, Forest Grove, to review the following proposal: PROPOSAL: Site plan and design review for a 10-unit apartment building Location: 2838 19th Avenue (Washington County Tax Lot 1S306AA06500) Owner / Applicant: Mike and Nancy Eisenbeis CRITERIA: — The development must comply with the use, lot size, setbacks, building height, off-street parking and loading, access and egress, landscaping, signage and additional requirements of Develop-ment Code Article 17.3.300 et. seq. Commercial Zones and Article 17.8.000 et. seq. General Development Standards. — The design must comply with the standards and guidelines as described in the Development Code Design Guideline Handbook Section 3 Multi-Unit Residential Focus Area. All persons will be given reasonable opportunity to give testimony about this proposal responding to the review criteria. If an issue is not raised in the hearing (by person or by letter) or if the issue is not explained in sufficient detail to allow the Planning Commission to respond to the issue, then that issue cannot be used for an appeal to the City Council or the Land Use Board of Appeals. If additional documents or evi-dence are provided in support of the application, any party shall be entitled to a continuance of the hearing. Unless there is a continuance, if a participant so requests before the conclusion of the initial evidentiary hearing, the record shall remain open for at least seven days after the hearing. A copy of the report will be available for inspection before the hearing at the Community Development Department or by visiting the City’s website at www.forestgrove-or.gov. COVID-19: The Planning Commission meeting will be conducted remotely by video conferencing. The public may attend and observe in the Community Auditorium (as space allows).
