NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Tualatin City Council, as the local contract review board for the City of Tualatin, will hold a public hearing on July 27, 2020, at 7 pm in a virtual meeting and also available at the Juanita Pohl Center, 8513 SW Tualatin Rd, Tualatin, Oregon 97062, for the purpose of taking comments on the City’s draft findings for a contract-specific special procurement under ORS 279B.085 regarding the construction engineering and inspection contract for the Garden Corner Curves project. Prior to the hearing, any person may review the draft findings or file written comments at the City Offices at 18880 SW Martinazzi Ave, Tualatin, OR 97062. A copy of the staff report and the draft findings addressing this issue will be available no later than July 20 for inspection at no cost, and copies will be provided at reasonable cost. The staff report and findings will also be available online no later than July 20 at: www.tualatinoregon.gov.
