NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Lake Oswego Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 27, 2020, 6:30 p.m. The Commission will consider LU 20-0019, a request from the City of Lake Oswego for amendments to Chapter 50 (Community Development Code) for the purpose of allowing seasonal restaurant enclosures (Nov. 1 – April 30) on private property in commercial zones. Due to COVID-19 and Executive Orders issued by Governor Brown, city facilities are currently closed to the public. This meeting will be conducted virtually using Webex. All members of the Planning Commission are attending remotely and the City has made avenues available for the public to livestream this meeting. The meeting is available to the public on the City’s YouTube Channel on the City’s website, or on Tualatin Valley Community Television. Please contact staff for information on how to provide testimony remotely. A copy of the proposed amendments will be available July 17th on the City’s website at: https://www.ci.oswego.or.us/all-projects (Search for LU 20-0019) Since the time allowed for public testimony is limited, you are urged to review the record and be thoroughly familiar with it if you plan to testify. Recommendation: Final recommendations of the Planning Commission shall be forwarded to the City Council. A final decision on these proposals will be made by the City Council.
